Annapurna Sarees & Suits is a retail brand for ethnic wear, founded and branded by Anil Khandelwal, operating from 34, Veer Chowk, Alwar, Rajasthan 301001. Product descriptions, prices, and offers on this website form part of our retail offering and may be updated without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.

• Colours and textures of fabrics may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted variations.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). MRP and sale prices are shown on product pages; applicable taxes are as indicated at checkout where relevant.
• We may correct pricing or stock errors. If an order cannot be fulfilled at the listed price, we will contact you for confirmation or cancellation.
• Stock is limited. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and, for prepaid orders, when payment is successful.

• Available payment methods include Cash on Delivery (where offered) and online payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.).
• Coupon codes are subject to their own rules (minimum order, prepaid only, validity). Misuse of coupons may lead to order cancellation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or outside our delivery capability.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Admin or staff accounts are for authorised personnel only and must not be used for customer shopping.

Brand name, logo, product photography (including store and campaign images), and website content belong to Annapurna Sarees & Suits / Anil Khandelwal or their licensors. You may not copy, resell, or commercially reuse our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt services.
• Submit false contact details or spam reviews/orders.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annapurna Sarees & Suits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delay in delivery due to courier, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Alwar, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you.
