Times are estimates from order confirmation and may vary during festivals, weather, or courier delays. Final shipping is shown at checkout based on your selected zone.

• Orders are typically packed after confirmation of payment (online) or after COD verification when needed, any day of the week.
• Hand-embroidered or high-value bridal pieces may need extra packing time; we will inform you if so.
• Please ensure your phone number is reachable for delivery coordination.

Products are packed to protect fabric and embroidery. Blouse pieces and matching accessories (if included) are checked before dispatch. Open packages gently and keep packaging until you are satisfied with the product, in case a return is needed under our return policy.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated absence, we may reattempt or hold the order. Extra courier charges for re-shipping, if any, may apply. Please double-check address and pincode at checkout.
